After graduating from Pittsburgh State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance,  began working in the financial services industry in 1994, and held positions at Merrill Lynch, UBS Paine Webber, and Morgan Stanley. In 2005 Jeff started Lashley Wealth Management Inc, affording himself the pleasure of working more independently and with his clients' best interests as his top priority.

With more than 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff utilizes that experience to offer key wealth advisory services and a comprehensive service approach that seeks to exceed his clients’ expectations year after year. We are dedicated to helping individuals meet their financial needs by developing investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerance.

Emma Lashley joins us as recent graduate from the University of Kansas where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications. Emma’s professional approach and attention to detail sets her apart. Emma distinguishes herself with her dedication to providing superior personal service as our Operations Manager.
